Peel and crush 3 raw potatoes.<br />2. Wash the crushed potatoes 2-3 times with water and squeeze out the excess water.<br />3. Add 1 medium-sized crushed onion to the potatoes.<br />4. Mix in the following spices:<br /> - 1 tsp coriander powder<br /> - 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)<br /> - 1 tsp cumin seeds<br /> - 1/2 tsp black pepper powder<br /> - 1 tsp chaat masala<br /> - 1 tsp crushed red chili<br /> - 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)<br />5. Add 4 tbsp cornflour and mix well.<br />6. Add 2 tbsp rice flour for crispiness and mix again to form a dough.<br />7. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and spread it evenly.<br />8. Spread the dough in the pan and cook on one side until golden brown.<br />9. Flip and cook the other side until done.<br />10.
